violetrose.tech is run by Violet Rose Tech LLC, New York, NY. Questions go to valentina@violetrose.tech.

What this site collects

No accounts, no forms and no cookies. This site does not track you across other websites and does not let other companies do so. There is nothing to switch off, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Hosting and visitor counts

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address (your device's internet address). Cloudflare Web Analytics gives me totals only: pages viewed, the site you came from, and country, browser and device type. It uses no cookies and does not try to identify you. Cloudflare's privacy policy says how it handles this data.

When you email me

If you email me, I see your name, your email address and whatever you send, usually your website, your Instagram handle and the job you repeat most. I use it to reply, to do the check and, if we work together, for that work. My email runs on Google Workspace. I do not sell it or share it for advertising.

To have your emails deleted, email valentina@violetrose.tech. I will delete them and confirm by email. If we have worked together, I keep only the records the law says I must, such as invoices.

The tools I build for clients

Each tool handles data as set out in the client's written plan. The Instagram customer service assistant (its app name is Violet Rose DM Assistant) has its own privacy policy and data deletion steps. If you message @violetrose.tech on Instagram, my own Instagram assistant may answer first. It is the same assistant described in that privacy policy, and I handle your messages the way this page describes for email.

Changes

If I change this page, I update the date at the top. If the change is big, I say what changed at the top of the page.
