About these terms
These terms cover the violetrose.tech website and the free 15-minute check. The site is run by Violet Rose Tech LLC, New York, NY. The free check and paid work are for businesses.
The free check
The check is free and you don't have to buy anything. You send your website, your Instagram handle and the job you repeat most, and you get back a short written list of what to fix first. It is advice, not a guarantee of results.
Paid work
Paid work only starts after we both agree to a written plan that sets out what gets built, what it costs and when it goes live. If the plan and these terms ever disagree, the plan wins.
The Instagram assistant
Shops that connect the Instagram customer service assistant (its app name is Violet Rose DM Assistant) also agree to its own DM Assistant terms.
Examples on this site
The chats, product listing, websites and morning summary on the homepage are examples of what each tool does. The shops, customers, prices and messages in them are made up. Brand names belong to their owners, and Violet Rose Tech is not connected to them.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Violet Rose Tech LLC is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits, from using this website or acting on the free check.
Law
New York State law applies to these terms.
